Course, Class and Workshop Policy

Payment

Full payment for your course or workshop is required in advance, and you’ll be guided through the payment process when you make your booking. Please note that we’re unable to confirm your place or allow attendance until payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

After the 7-day deadline, workshops can be rescheduled for another workshop, taster class, or Clay & Wine experience, subject to availability.

Please note that vouchers are non-refundable.

If a course, class or workshop is ever cancelled by the Studio, you’ll be offered the option to transfer your booking to another available class.

Once you’ve joined a course or workshop, we encourage you to attend all scheduled sessions to get the most out of your experience. If you miss any part or all of the course, the full course fee still applies, and we’re unable to guarantee transfers to other dates.

For no-shows, the full course fee is payable. While we can’t always promise a new date, we’ll always do our best to find a suitable alternative whenever possible.

Transfers

If you’d like to move your booking to another date or day, please send us an email request. Transfers can be made up to 7 days before the class date at no extra cost.

All transfers are subject to availability, and while we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, we can’t guarantee that a suitable alternative will be available.
